About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage projects from planning through successful delivery. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing timelines, communicating with clients, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver multiple projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, sales, and other internal teams.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion by team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage client expectations and resolve project-related issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings and project status reviews.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting notes.




- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure quality standards and deadlines are maintained.
- Track project KPIs, productivity, and team performance.
- Escalate critical issues to management whenever required.
- Ensure proper use of project management and communication tools.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager / IT Project Manager.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of software development/project life cycles.
- Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
