Job Summary

The State Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, growth, and profitability of the Raipur(Chattisgarh) Rehab Center. This role requires strong expertise in hospital management, P&L; ownership, sales growth, and team leadership to ensure operational excellence and business expansion in the state.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership

- Act as the overall in-charge of the Raipur Rehab Center and represent 2050 Healthcare at the state level
- Develop and execute state-level business strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Operations & Hospital Management

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, infrastructure, and manpower
- Implement best practices in clinical operations, quality,



and patient experience

P&L; Management

- Full ownership of Profit & Loss for the Raipur Rehab Center
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency and margins
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports

Sales & Business Development

- Drive admissions, occupancy, and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build robust referral networks with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and insurers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory norms, and internal policies
- Maintain strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management processes

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in hospital management or healthcare operations
- Proven experience handling P&L; responsibility
- Strong background in sales, business development, and revenue growth in healthcare
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
