We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join SVS. The candidate will be responsible for making phone calls to customers, explaining company products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain customer details and daily calling reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Valuable listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
