Business Systems Analyst IV – Coupa Implementation

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 7+ Years

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in Coupa / Procurement Transformation

Salary: Up to ₹24 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV with solid hands-on experience in Coupa implementation, configuration, solution design, and functional support. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementation projects and procurement transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive or support end-to-end Coupa implementation, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Configure procurement workflows, approval processes, and Coupa functionalities.
- Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, UAT, integration testing, and process optimization.
- Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and risk management.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Coupa / Procurement Transformation experience.
- Proven experience in Coupa implementation, configuration, solution design, or functional application support.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and business systems analysis.




- Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and stakeholder management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Risk Management, or upstream procurement processes.
- Zip: Secondary preference.
- Levelpath: Added advantage.
- SAP S/4HANA: Good to have, not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Candidates from Coupa implementation partners, IT consulting firms, procurement transformation teams, product companies, and large enterprises using modern procurement platforms are preferred.

Important Screening Criteria: Candidates must have hands-on Coupa implementation, configuration, or functional support experience. Profiles limited to end-user activities, invoice processing, auditing, training, or transactional procurement will not be considered. Pure P2P profiles are not preferred unless supported by strong upstream procurement experience.
