1. Accounting & Taxation

- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation, filing, and processing of routine tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS and mandatory filing etc )
- Documentation: Gather, organize, and archive financial data, invoices, and expense receipts for audit readiness.

2. Basic HR Support

- Payroll Processing: Assist in gathering attendance sheets, calculating basic payroll components, and coordinating salary disbursements.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting KYC documents and setting up workstations.
- Personnel Records: Maintain updated, confidential employee files and track leave balances.

3. General Administration

- Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations, order office and kitchen supplies,



and handle incoming mail or courier packages.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, utility providers, and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a hybrid accounting/admin role, preferably with basic tax filing exposure.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid command of Microsoft Excel and standard accounting tools (e.g., TallyPrime).
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strict data confidentiality, strong multi-tasking skills, and clear communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
