Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Recruiter (0-1+ years of experience) to join our agile RPO organization. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for identifying top talent and the capability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This role is vital in helping us grow our team with individuals who will contribute significantly to our company’s success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com or related field preferred)
- Experience: 0 to 1+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.




- Understanding of Recruitment: Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Attributes: Motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
