We are looking for an experienced telecaller to call prospects, understand their financial needs, and qualify them for loan products. You will be the first voice a customer hears, so clear communication, honesty, and persistence matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 80 to 120 outbound calls per day to leads from our database and campaigns
- Pitch and explain loan products: personal, home, business, vehicle, gold, loan against property, and others as assigned
- Qualify leads by checking income, employment type, credit profile, loan requirement, and repayment capacity
- Explain interest rates, processing fees, tenure, and eligibility accurately, with no misleading claims
- Collect and verify basic documents and details, and coordinate with the processing or partner team
- Follow up on warm leads and pending applications until closure
- Update every call outcome in the CRM the same day
- Handle objections and rejections professionally
- Meet daily call targets and monthly conversion targets




- Follow all call-recording, consent, and data-privacy guidelines

Required Skills and Experience

- 1 to 3 years of proven experience calling for loans (personal, home, business, auction, or similar), at a bank, NBFC, DSA, or fintech
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (any two is the minimum; Telugu is mandatory)
- Strong understanding of loan basics: EMI, CIBIL score, FOIR, eligibility criteria, and documentation
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work under targets

Preferred

- Experience with multiple loan types, not just one
- Prior experience at a DSA or loan aggregator
- Knowledge of lender policies across banks and NBFCs

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
