Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the mobile phone industry and e-commerce sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving mobile phone sales, managing online sales channels, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile products, e-commerce operations, sales strategies, pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of mobile phones and related products through online channels and other relevant sales channels.
- Manage and monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners and account managers to improve product visibility, sales performance, and business growth.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, product offerings, discounts, and promotional strategies.
- Analyse sales reports, market trends, inventory movement, and product performance.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock availability.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, distributors, dealers, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track customer feedback, returns, cancellations,



and product-related issues to improve sales performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales within the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
- Prior experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace operations, or digital sales channels is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone products, market trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of e-commerce sales operations, product listings, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel, sales reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working or previously employed with mobile phone brands, consumer electronics companies, e-commerce businesses, online marketplace sellers, distributors, dealers, or retail organisations will be preferred, particularly those with hands-on experience in mobile phone sales, e-commerce operations, and business development.
