Job Description – Maintenance Supervisor

Department: Engineering / Maintenance Location: The Mars Resorts, Meerut

- Supervise daily maintenance activities related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other engineering systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, banquet halls, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints received from all departments.
- Allocate duties to maintenance staff and monitor their performance and attendance.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the approved maintenance schedule.
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment, machinery, DG sets, pumps, lifts, and other hotel utilities.
- Maintain maintenance registers, checklists, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.




- Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, spare parts, and engineering materials.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and other applicable hotel safety standards.
- Report major breakdowns, repair requirements, material shortages, and critical issues to the Chief Engineer.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
