Job Description – Executive Accountant

Reporting To: Accounts Head / Management

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. PPMC & TPA Billing: Maintain pricing, empanelment records, visit charges, petty cash, radiology records, and customer/partner invoices.

2. Centre & Vendor Management: Verify vendor invoices, coordinate payments and procurement, and maintain centre-wise income, petty cash, and doctor complimentary records.

3. HNI Costing & Billing: Prepare costing sheets and quotations, obtain pricing approvals, raise invoices, and track outstanding payments.

4. Head Office Accounts: Maintain petty cash, expense registers, reconciliations, and monthly expense reports.

5. Camp Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile camp collections with cash, bank receipts, and supporting documents.

6. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, update payment status, coordinate with centres and vendors, support audits, and follow company SOPs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)





* Accuracy and timely completion of billing and reconciliations.

* Timely vendor invoice verification and payment follow-ups.

* Prevention of duplicate or incorrect payments.

* Accurate HNI costing and camp revenue reconciliation.

* Updated financial records and timely reporting.

* Proper documentation, audit readiness, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: 12th Pass / B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.

* Experience: 2–4 years in accounting, billing, or finance.

* Skills: MS Excel, accounting software, reconciliation, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.

* Preference: Experience in diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, healthcare, or TPA operations.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
