Job Summary

JunoXen Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites and branding projects. The ideal candidate should have skills in graphic design, video editing, promotional creatives and short-form video production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and video advertisements.
- Design social media posts, promotional posters, festival creatives, banners and digital ad creatives.
- Edit videos by adding transitions, animations, subtitles, background music, sound effects and visual effects.
- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create marketing materials for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Design website banners, promotional graphics and branding materials.
- Follow brand guidelines, including colours, typography, logos and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creative ideas based on campaign objectives.
- Resize and optimise content for different social media platforms and advertising formats.




- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated with social media trends, design styles, video formats and creative tools.
- Organise design files, footage and final exports properly.

Daily Content Targets

Targets will depend on project requirements, content complexity and campaign priorities.

- Social media posts, posters and promotional creatives.
- Short-form videos, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Digital advertising creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Website graphics, banners and other marketing materials.

Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple creative assignments while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Tools

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of video transitions, pacing, storytelling, audio synchronisation and subtitles.
- Ability to create original and engaging social media content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of AI-powered image, video and creative tools is an advantage.




- Good time management, attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

- A degree, diploma or certification in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Editing or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to learn new tools and creative techniques.

Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory

Applicants must share their portfolio or relevant work samples, including:

- Graphic designs, posters or social media creatives.
- Edited videos, Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Promotional advertisements or branding projects.

Candidates without a portfolio may not be considered.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for digital marketing agencies or business brands.
- Knowledge of current Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience using AI tools to support creative production.
- Ability to understand a brief and turn it into effective visual content.
