We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating product demonstrations, following up with prospective clients, and improving sales conversions for our software products, including iTours Travel ERP Software and Themestore Travel Website Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming leads through the company's CRM.
- Coordinate with Business Development Executives (BDEs) for lead follow-ups and demo scheduling.
- Contact prospective clients and confirm appointments for product demonstrations.
- Follow up with clients after demos and proposals to move opportunities towards closure.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up dates, and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Monitor pending demos, missed demos, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address client queries.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending client decisions.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and improving conversion rates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple team members and manage deadlines.
- Experience in sales coordination, telecalling, or lead management is an advantage.
- Experience in software sales or the travel industry will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
- Number of demos scheduled and successfully completed.
- Percentage of leads progressing from enquiry to demo.
- Follow-up consistency after demos and proposals.
- Accuracy of CRM records and sales reports.
- Contribution to overall sales conversion targets.
