Roles and Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain IT products, services, and solutions to customers in a simple and professional manner.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
- Generate interest and schedule meetings/demos wherever required.
- Maintain customer and lead information in the company database/CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Handle basic customer queries related to IT services.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve good customer engagement and provide a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are welcome.
- Good Hindi & English speaking skills.
- Confident and polite communication style.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers can apply; previous telecalling, sales, BPO or IT sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
