Job Summary

We are looking for a clear-speaking, confident, and target-driven Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to explain our offerings, answer questions, and drive sales or lead generation. To succeed in this role, you must be a great listener, resilient against rejection, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude throughout the day.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Call Operations: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients or receive inbound calls from interested prospects using a provided database.
- Pitching & Product Knowledge: Deliver scripted pitches to explain the company’s products or services clearly and handle customer objections effectively.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and book appointments or demos for the field sales team.
- Data Management: Keep an accurate, up-to-date record of all calls, customer notes, and follow-up reminders in the company's CRM or spreadsheet.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable customer feedback, preferences,



and complaints to share with the management team.
- Target Management: Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, talk time, and lead conversions.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (12th Pass) or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Languages: High fluency in the local regional language and working knowledge of English or Hindi (based on target market).
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, persuasion, patience, and basic computer/data entry skills.
