Job Description: Regional Sales Executive – LED Driver

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented sales skilled to develop and manage regional sales of LED drivers in Mumbai and surrounding markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, building distributor and OEM relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities for LED drivers in the assigned region.
- Identify and approach LED lighting manufacturers, OEMs, dealers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LED driver products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Manage sales enquiries, payment follow-ups, and customer complaints in coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills

- Experience in B2B sales of LED drivers, LED lighting products, power supplies, or electronic components.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to develop new customers and manage key accounts.
- Knowledge of OEMs, distributors, and the electrical/electronics market.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of LED driver specifications and applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience selling LED drivers to lighting manufacturers and OEM customers will be preferred.
- Existing contacts in the LED lighting and electrical industry will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Compensation

Salary and incentives will be based on experience, current salary, and company policy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
