Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Candidates who have worked with a CA firm and handled multiple clients' accounts, tax filings, and statutory compliance will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and books of accounts using Tally.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and related documentation.
- Assist with income tax returns, advance tax, and other tax-related work.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense statements.
- Assist with accounting and taxation for multiple clients, including businesses and individuals.
- Maintain company, personal, partner, HUF, and stock-related accounts as required.
- Assist with payroll processing,



salary sheets, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and CA teams for accounting and taxation requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting and compliance tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or a related qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a CA firm.
- Practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and basic income tax compliance.
- Understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience handling multiple clients' accounts in a CA firm will be an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
