- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults in CNC machines.
- Inspect and maintain lubrication, cooling and hydraulic systems.
- Perform machine alignment, leveling and mechanical adjustments.
- Replace faulty mechanical parts and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Maintain maintenance records and minimize machine downtime.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulic and lubrication systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Experience with CNC / VMC / HMC machines is preferred
