Job Role
We are looking for a Presales Consultant who can speak with clients, understand what they are looking for, and collect the right information. The main responsibility is to understand buyer and seller requirements, check available property options, and share the details with the relevant Residential or Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call clients and understand their property requirements.
- Ask about their preferred location, budget, property type, and other needs.
- Collect property details and requirements from buyers, sellers, owners, and brands.
- Check available properties and match them with client requirements.
- Share relevant client details and property options with the Residential or Commercial team.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their requirements and collect any missing information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, client details, and property requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Keep client information updated and report daily work to the team.
Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
- Kannada and English language skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about residential and commercial properties.
