About the opportunity

Veer Mahindra is building a dedicated team to grow its electric vehicle business through distinctive branding, original content, digital acquisition and curated customer experiences. We are looking for a leader who can connect solid creative work with measurable business results.

Your responsibilities

- Develop Veer’s BEV positioning, campaign strategy and marketing calendar.
- Build and lead the creative, performance, community, partnerships and CRM teams.
- Plan budgets, allocate resources and manage approved marketing expenditure.
- Develop campaigns for professionals, entrepreneurs, premium vehicle buyers and interested NRI households.
- Connect digital campaigns and on-ground experiences with qualified enquiries, attended test drives and sales.
- Establish reporting across lead quality, acquisition cost, bookings, cancellations and retails.




- Work with sales and customer experience leaders to resolve gaps in the buying journey.
- Manage agencies, creators and partners, maintaining brand quality and approved product claims.

What you should bring

- Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and teams.
- Strong understanding of premium consumer brands and customer acquisition.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make commercial decisions.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent English communication and working proficiency in Malayalam.
- Automotive, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury retail or agency experience is relevant.

How success will be measured

Qualified customer acquisition, attended-drive costs, marketing-attributed sales outcomes, budget discipline and team delivery.
