Core Job Nature & Responsibilities
- Workflow Optimization: Streamlining the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding.
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, sourcers, and account managers to meet their monthly placement targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
Acting as the bridge between corporate clients and the internal delivery team to understand hiring mandates.
- Data & Analytics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Sourcing Channel Effectiveness.
- Compliance & Legalities: Ensuring all recruitment activities align with labor laws, data privacy acts, and company policies.
- Tech Integration: Managing recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and AI sourcing software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
