We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product inquiries, providing recommendations, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
- Sales Support: Actively promote products, handle upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Order & Transaction Processing: Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash registers, billing, invoices, and digital payments accurately.
- Inventory & Display Management: Assist in receiving stock, monitoring inventory levels, replenishing displays, and ensuring products are presented neatly and attractively.
- Client Relationship & Follow-ups:



Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly via in-person visits, phone calls, or messaging, maintaining positive long-term relationships.
- Store / Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma / equivalent; higher secondary or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer support, or field sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital billing/POS tools or MS Office.
- Punctual, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in local languages and Hindi (English is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
