Aviral Auto Care is an Automotive detailing and service Firm based in Jalgaon. We specialize in high-end vehicle care, delivering exceptional quality and customer service. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive service sales across the region.

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive sales professional who understands the automotive sector and is passionate about building relationships with Business owners, fleet operators, and local businesses. The ideal candidate will take ownership of local marketing initiatives, lead generation, and direct sales conversions for our detailing and auto care packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, corporate clients, and local businesses in Jalgaon to pitch Aviral Auto Care’s services.
- Lead Conversion: Manage walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp to successfully close service bookings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Local Marketing: Execute on-ground marketing campaigns and distribute promotional materials within targeted residential and commercial areas.
- Market Research: Monitor local automotive trends and competitor pricing to suggest new promotional offers.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities, customer feedback,



and appointment schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of field sales or marketing experience (experience in the automotive, auto parts, or detailing industry is highly preferred).
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English proficiency.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel within Jalgaon District.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and presentable with a strong customer-centric attitude.

Compensation & Advantages

- Base Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based commission on every successful premium detailing package booked, which can add an additional ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 to the monthly take-home pay.
- Allowances: Petrol/fuel allowance provided for official travel within District limits.
