Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Handle customer queries and manage customer coordination
- Approach all queries with a customer-centric attitude
- Manage data and generate MIS reports
- Offer exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Help build and improve customer service processes
- Adhere to set standards of TAT (turnaround time) and SLA (service level agreement)
- Demonstrate customer empathy during all interactions
