Fashion Communication Intern, Bengaluru: 3-month paid internship with Black Linus Clothing Company Private Limited, working across our brands, Ewig Chic, Blouse Bazaar and Gaja Seere. High-performing interns may be converted into a full-time role.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Get real, hands-on experience in fashion brand building. You'll work directly under our Creative Director, who conceives and approves every campaign, and learn how shoots, brand events, social media and on-ground promotions come together at a working fashion and luxury brand house. You'll be mentored closely through every project.

Black Linus Clothing Company Private Limited is the home of Ewig Chic (luxury makeup and makeover studio), Blouse Bazaar (women's blouse wear) and Gaja Seere (curated sarees).

DURATION

3 months, in office in Bengaluru

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaigns & Content

- Assist the Creative Director with campaign ideas, shoot concepts and mood boards

- Support brand shoots: coordinating with models, makeup artists and stylists, and helping on set

- Track global fashion trends and share fresh references with the team

Online Presence

- Help manage our brand presence on social media and relevant fashion communities

- Research and shortlist influencers and models for collaborations

On-Ground Promotions

- Assist in planning and briefing on-ground campaigns such as flyer distribution and customer engagement sessions

- Work alongside freelance promoters on activation days and report back on results

Brand Experiences & Events

- Support the planning and running of intimate brand gatherings at our studio, such as cocktail evenings and complimentary makeup and photoshoot sessions





- Suggest event themes for the Creative Director's consideration

- Help with guest coordination, logistics and on-the-day execution

- Help maintain guest lists and follow up with attendees after events

Customer Engagement

- Interact with prospective customers in person and help convert interest into enquiries

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Students or recent graduates in Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields

- Passionate about fashion, style and glamour, with a sharp eye for what looks premium

- Energetic, organised and eager to learn

- Comfortable talking to people and working with many moving parts

- Freshers welcome

WORKING HOURS

- 5 days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Occasional weekend or festival-day availability may be needed for events and shoots, with compensatory off provided

HOW TO APPLY
