Job Description Dr. VJ Dental Studio is looking for an experienced, confident, and target-oriented Telesales Executive who can convert patient enquiries into confirmed appointments. We need a SALES CLOSER, not just a TELECALLER! Key Responsibilities Handle leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Convert enquiries into confirmed patient appointments. Explain dental services and handle pricing objections professionally. Follow up with potential patients and reactivate old leads. Maintain CRM records, appointment schedules, and daily reports. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (Compulsory). Good communication skills in both Tamil and English (Compulsory).
Intermediate computer knowledge (Compulsory). Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Experience in lead conversion and customer follow-ups. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Experience Healthcare, insurance, education, real estate, or other sales-oriented industries.
