Job Description:Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the retail store and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, Average Bill Value (ABV), Average Selling Price (ASP), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and Footfall.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation as per company guidelines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock availability, and proper replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock receipt and issue resolution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share business updates with the Regional Manager.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, staff attendance, rostering, training, and performance management.
- Manage store expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other store-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a Store Manager role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valuable analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics.
- Proficient in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
