Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve branch sales targets for Investment Products - Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Monthly Income Schemes & Other Co-op Investment Plans.

Generate new customers through field marketing, referrals & existing customer base.

Promote Cross-selling of Insurance, Loan & other financial products.

Branch Management:

Overall responsibility of branch operations, customer service & team management.Lead, train & motivate a team of Asst. Branch Heads & Field Staff.

Ensure 100% compliance & audit requirements as per Multi-State Co-op Act.

Customer Relationship:

Maintain HNI / Existing investor relationships and ensure renewal & retention.

Handle customer queries, complaints and provide best investment solutions.

Reporting:

Daily sales report to Regional Head / DRM & Head Office Ernakulam.





Eligibility / Qualification:Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Finance) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 Years in Banking / NBFC / Co-operative Society / Insurance / Investment Sales.Age: 25-40 Years.
