Position name: E-commerce Executive

Role Overview

You will manage our e-commerce operations, website analytics and SEO, prepare regular reports, and keep tasks organised and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, collections, pricing and offers on our Shopify store

- Track website, sales and social media analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Meta Business Suite) and share insights

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel

- Coordinate with the marketing, dispatch and customer service teams on tasks, deadlines and follow-ups

- Learn and implement new digital and e-commerce tools quickly

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field

- Strong interest in professional use of social media, e-commerce tools,



website analytics and SEO

- Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning) and report preparation

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Strong task management and organisation skills (mandatory)

- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up current applications quickly

- Must be based in Erode (local candidates only)

Work Mode: On-site, working from our office in Erode

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
