Job Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in performance marketing, lead generation, campaign management, and marketing analytics. This role requires someone who can independently take ownership of marketing initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Drive qualified lead generation while continuously improving cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Manage social media marketing activities, content planning, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives, including events, local promotions, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing specialists, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance using analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports against defined KPIs and targets.
- Identify recent marketing opportunities to expand audience reach, particularly in smaller cities and emerging markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO,



and social media marketing.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing spend.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and lead tracking systems.
- Experience coordinating multiple campaigns and working with marketing teams or external partners.
- Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results against defined targets.
- Understanding of both online and offline marketing approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
- Experience with lead nurturing, CRM workflows, and conversion optimisation.
- Exposure to marketing in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Monthly qualified leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Lead-to-customer conversion performance.
- Campaign engagement and audience growth.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly marketing targets.
- Timely execution of campaigns and performance reporting.
