About the Role

Destinoway is looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 1–2 years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Socket.IO.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design, develop, and manage RESTful APIs.

- Work with MongoDB for database management and optimization.

- Use Redis for caching and improving application performance.

- Implement real-time communication features using Socket.IO or WebSockets.

- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Integrate APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.

- Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve application features.

- Follow coding standards and backend development best practices.





Required Technical Skills

- JavaScript (ES6+)

- Node.js

- Express.js

- MongoDB

- Redis

- Socket.IO / WebSockets

- REST API development and integration

- Basic knowledge of Git and version control

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and error handling

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any stream.

- 1–2 years of experience in backend development.

- Hands-on experience with the required technologies.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
