Job Title: Design Lead

Location: Gurgaon / Onsite

Reports to: Senior Manager - Brand Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Design Lead who can own and elevate Cumin Co ’s visual identity across digital, social, product, and brand communication. This role demands strong graphic design expertise, a sharp aesthetic sense, and working knowledge of video editing for brand storytelling.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Founders to create compelling visuals that shape how customers experience Cumin Co.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Visual Design

Own and maintain the visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Design creatives for digital ads, website, social media, emailers, packaging, and offline collaterals. Lead concept creation and ensure consistent brand language.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Create short-form video content for ads, social media, product explainers, and campaigns. Edit raw footage, add motion elements, and enhance visuals with sound/music.



Work with the marketing team to drive video-first storytelling.

Skills & Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C/consumer brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, digital creatives, and video content.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro,

After Effects).

Basic understanding of product and lifestyle shoots is a plus.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving capabilities.
