We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mechanical Design Trainer to educate and upskill students, engineering graduates, and working professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training in CATIA (CAD) and ANSYS (CAE). The ideal candidate will blend strong technical expertise in mechanical product design and structural/thermal analysis with a genuine ability to mentor and inspire learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive, practical training sessions on CATIA and ANSYS through in-person, online, or hybrid setups.
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and improve course materials, presentation slides, lesson plans, practice workbooks, and real-world project case studies.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through industry-relevant projects,
ensuring they understand core engineering concepts alongside the software tools.
- Assessments & Feedback: Evaluate student assignments, conduct regular practical tests, and provide constructive feedback to track learning progress.
- Lab Management: Assist in setting up and troubleshooting software licenses and design lab environments for students.
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with the latest software updates, industry trends, and manufacturing methodologies (e.g., GD&T;, 3D printing, Electric Vehicles).
