About Speak Infinite

Speak Infinite is an online language coaching and EdTech platform offering training in IELTS, CELPIP, PTE, and French. We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our recruitment and human resource operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applications.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and selection updates.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation for new employees and trainers.
- Employee Records: Maintain employee databases, attendance records, and recruitment trackers.
- HR Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters,



and other HR-related documents.
- Orientation and Training: Coordinate orientation sessions and training schedules for new joiners.
- HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR activities and other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
