E‑commerce SEO & Listing Manager

About the Role - 3 to 6 Months Maternity Cover

We are hiring a full‑time E‑commerce SEO, Content executive to support our Listing Manager and ensure all product listings across marketplaces are optimised, updated, and maintained to a high standard.

This role focuses on SEO, basic image editing, Canva content creation, and catalogue management.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Listing Optimisation

- Write SEO‑optimised titles and descriptions for jewellery listings
- Perform keyword research using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, SEO Ant)
- Improve ranking and visibility on eBay, Etsy, Shopify
- Optimise existing listings in bulk
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities
- Ensure every new listing from is SEO‑ready the same day

Basic Photo Editing (Marketplace‑Ready)

- Clean background, crop, resize, brighten, sharpen
- Remove dust, reflections, and minor imperfections
- Prepare images for eBay, Etsy, Shopify
- Maintain consistent visual standards
- Use Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools

Canva Content Creation

- Create simple product cards, banners, and promotional creatives
- Prepare visuals for product launches and social media
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs

Catalogue & Marketplace Support

- Push SEO‑optimised listings into all marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Shopify)
- Ensure listing quality, accuracy,



and compliance from day one
- Fix old listings, missing attributes, and inconsistencies
- Assist with SKU mapping, categorisation, and data cleanup
- Maintain clean, organised product folders and naming conventions

Requirements

- Experience in e‑commerce SEO, listing optimisation, or content creation
- Basic Photoshop or Canva editing skills
- Strong English writing skills
- Experience with eBay/Etsy/Shopify SEO (preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, SEO Ant)
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent daily output
- Laptop/Desktop required for initial WFH period

Work Schedule & Location

- Remote
- Full‑time role - 6 days a week
