Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls related to technical support and troubleshooting.
- Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Explain technical information clearly and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain call quality, productivity, and other performance standards.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria





- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Comfortable working in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
