About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven Front Office Executive cum Telecaller with experience in the wellness or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling client calls, explaining services, managing walk-ins, coordinating doctor consultations, and ensuring a smooth client experience from the first enquiry to follow-up.

Candidates with experience in wellness clinics, weight-loss centres, salons, functional medicine clinics, healthcare centres, or similar service-oriented businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office & Client Management

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic and ensure a positive experience.
- Manage client walk-ins, appointments, registrations, and enquiries.
- Coordinate doctor consultations and manage appointment schedules.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, doctors, and the internal team.

2. Telecalling & Lead Management

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Explain clinic services, treatment plans, consultation processes, and packages clearly.
- Understand client requirements and encourage them to book consultations or clinic visits.
- Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with leads, existing clients, and consultation attendees to improve conversions.

3. Sales & Target Achievement

- Work towards daily and monthly calling, appointment booking, walk-in, and conversion targets.
- Convert enquiries and leads into booked consultations and paying clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested and prospective clients.
- Track daily performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

4. Doctor Consultation Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations.
- Ensure clients are informed about their appointment timings and requirements.
- Follow up with clients after consultations,



as per clinic protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and the team to ensure a smooth client journey.

5. Records & Reporting

- Maintain accurate client details, call records, appointment schedules, and follow-up status in the CRM or designated system.
- Update lead status and call outcomes on the same day.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, bookings, walk-ins, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in a front office, telecalling, client servicing, or inside sales role.
- Prior experience in the wellness, healthcare, weight-loss, salon, functional medicine, or beauty and aesthetics industry is highly preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
- Ability to explain services confidently and handle client objections.
- Target-oriented, organised, and proactive approach.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily outbound calls completed.
- Number of leads contacted and successfully followed up.
- Consultations and clinic walk-ins booked.
- Lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-conversion rates.
- Achievement of daily and monthly targets.
- Accuracy of CRM updates and client records.
- Quality of client service and follow-up management.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, presentable, organised, persuasive, and passionate about client service. The candidate should be able to balance front office responsibilities with telecalling and sales targets while ensuring that every client receives timely attention and professional support.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
