Job Overview

We are actively looking for a dynamic and organized Jr. Service Coordinator to join our team. The Jr. Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with customers and service engineers, tracking service activities, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive and coordinate customer service requests and complaints.

· Coordinate with service engineers for service visits, installations, breakdowns, and other service requirements.

· Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.

· Track service calls and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

· Maintain accurate records of service requests, engineer visits, and service status.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of service activities.





· Follow up with service engineers for pending service calls and updates.

· Prepare and maintain service-related MIS and reports as per company SOPs.

· Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned senior/team member.

· Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Salary

Up to ₹2.8 LPA(Salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role within the specified range.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
