Sales Manager
(For Apartments and Villa sales)

Roles & Responsibilities
Sales of Apartments and Villa sales particularly Senior Citizen segment
Cold calling lead Generation.
Proposal and costing to customer, documents like booking form & agreements,
Coordination with Architects for villa design
Coordination with account for payment and other related matters.
Achieving Targets
Reporting to Management

Qualification
Any Degree

Experience
Experience of 5-8 years in Apartments and Villa sales
Willing to travel

Work Location
Ganapathy

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
