We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with government departments, external professionals, and our overseas branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filings, and related documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, payment gateway settlements, and related accounting entries.
- Monitor inventory accounting, cash flow, outstanding payments, and receivables.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic accounting reports.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, government departments,



and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the overseas branch regarding accounting records, financial transactions, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce, exports, trading, or a similar industry.
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Advanced Excel, with mandatory knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
- Practical experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, payment processing, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional coordination via email, telephone, and virtual meetings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with a CA firm or handling export-related accounting will be an added advantage.

Immediate joiners and Mumbai-based candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
