*Job Title:* Telecaller / Telesales Executive

*Salary:* Rs. 12,000 - 25,000 per month

*Experience:* 0 - 3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to contact existing and potential customers over the phone, explain products/services, and generate sales/leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Calling:* Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to leads provided by company

- *Sales / Lead Generation:* Explain product features, answer queries, and convince customers to buy/book a service

- *Follow-up:* Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers via call and WhatsApp

- *Customer Support:* Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues politely





- *Data Management:* Maintain call records, update CRM/excel sheet with call status

- *Target Achievement:* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

- Good communication in Hindi & English

- Convincing and negotiation skills

- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, Google Sheet, CRM

- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections

- 12th Pass / Graduate can apply

Preferred:

- Previous experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, or Telesales

- Languages: Hindi, English, Hinglish

Pay: ₹8,894.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
