Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

● Identify potential retail and commercial clients through market

research, networking, and references.

● Pitch the company’s interior and fit-out solutions to brands,

corporates, architects, and consultants.

● Prepare proposals, presentations, and project bids in

coordination with the estimation and design teams.

● Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

● Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to

generate new business.

Client Servicing:

● Serve as the single point of contact for clients during pre-sales

and project execution.

● Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation,

procurement, project execution) to ensure client requirements

are met.

● Monitor project progress and update clients regularly on

timelines, changes, and deliverables.

● Resolve any client concerns, escalations, or change requests

promptly and professionally.

● Gather client feedback and work towards improving client

experience and retention.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,

Interior Design, or a related field. MBA preferred.

● 3–6 years of experience in client servicing or business

development in interior fit-outs,



retail projects, or architecture

industry.

● Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience working with retail clients, architects, real estate

developers, or brand managers.

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client

expectations simultaneously.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and visiting

client or site locations when required.

● Knowledge of fit-out timelines, material selections, and basic

interior execution is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

● Understanding of commercial negotiations and contract terms.

● Strong network of industry contacts (especially in retail or F&B;

sectors).

● Creative thinking and problem-solving ability for client-specific

challenges.
