Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Contract / Full-Time Placements)
Department: Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Recruitment Manager / Delivery Head
Shift: US time zones (EST/CST/PST)

Role Summary
Source, screen, and place IT professionals with US clients for contract (C2C, W2, 1099) and full-time roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, tech stack, and rates
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and databases
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, availability, and rate
- Verify work authorization (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, US Citizen) and references
- Submit resumes to clients/vendors within SLA
- Schedule interviews and collect feedback
- Negotiate rates, offer, and start dates
- Coordinate onboarding and background checks
- Maintain talent pool and vendor/client relationships
- Update ATS/CRM daily and share reports





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (CS/IT preferred)
- 1 to 5 years of US IT recruiting experience (trained freshers considered)
- Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, QA, Cybersecurity)
- Understanding of US visas, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and Prime/Sub-Vendor model
- Hands-on with job boards, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent English communication with a neutral accent
- Robust negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with an ATS/CRM (Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
- Experience hiring niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
