- Inspect components during production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gauges.
- Verify components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Identify and report defects, deviations and non-conforming parts.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments is preferred.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.
