Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Python-based application development, modern frontend frameworks, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing end-to-end AI-powered applications, building scalable backend services and intuitive user interfaces, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and implementing AI-driven workflows. The candidate should have a strong foundation in software engineering, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications using Python backend frameworks and modern frontend technologies.
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and integrate Machine Learning and Deep Learning models into real-world applications.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI models and services through APIs, including cloud-based AI platforms.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, data processing pipelines, and external service integrations.
- Develop effective, maintainable, secure, and scalable code following software engineering best practices.
- Perform debugging, testing, performance optimization, and deployment of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

Full-Stack Development

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Python backend framework: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience building REST APIs, integrating third-party services, and implementing backend business logic.
- Working knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, or an equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Understanding of frontend-backend integration, authentication, application architecture, and state management.

2. Machine Learning and Deep Learning

- Understanding of core Machine Learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with Deep Learning concepts and neural network architectures.
- Hands-on experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference.

3. Generative AI and LLM Applications

- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or other equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and context management.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document processing.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and response quality optimization.

4. Agentic AI and AI Workflows

- Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and state management.




- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems, planning, task decomposition, and tool integration.
- Ability to build AI workflows that interact with APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Understanding of agent evaluation, error handling, observability, and reliable execution.

5. Databases, Cloud, and Deployment

- Working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and vector databases.
- Understanding of Git, version control, debugging, and testing.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and application deployment.
- Exposure to cloud platform (Microsoft Azure).
- Understanding of application security, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of relevant software engineering or AI application development experience.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, learn new technologies quickly, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
