Divya Housing Agency is looking for a responsible and organized Real Estate Telecaller & Back Office Assistant to join our team at Malad West, Mumbai.

The role involves calling prospective property buyers and tenants, following up on incoming enquiries, maintaining property data, updating Excel sheets and CRM records, managing property listings and coordinating with the sales team and online property portals.

Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective clients from incoming enquiries and existing databases.
- Follow up with clients regarding their property purchase or rental requirements.
- Understand client requirements, including BHK, location, budget and possession preference.
- Update client details, call remarks and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Maintain property-related Excel sheets, records and documents.
- Update property listings and information on the company website and property portals.
- Assign current leads to the sales team and follow up on lead status.
- Search online property portals for new property inventory and suitable options for clients.
- Coordinate with external property portals regarding listings and account-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



enquiries, follow-ups and site visits.
- Assist with routine back-office and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computers, email and internet browsing.
- Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective clients.
- Good data-entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of CRM software and property portals is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, telecalling or back-office work is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Work Schedule

- Tuesday to Sunday: Working days
- Monday: Weekly off
- Sunday availability is compulsory.
