Sales Manager

Location: Pondicherry

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

· Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.

· Monitor team productivity, conversion, average bill value, unit per transaction & average selling price.

· Ensure premium customer experience and handle escalations.

Team Management & Training

· Supervise and motivate the sales team.

· Conduct regular product and selling skills training.

· Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.

· Maintain daily sales report, brand wise target achievement & staff wise target achievement

· Minimize shrinkage and maintain proper tagging/pricing.

Cash Management

· DSR Checking

· Cash deposits & card payments to be cross checked and confirmed with accounts Team

· Checking manual bill





· To check all the manuals bills are filled with proper details(daily)  all manual bills have to be updated in system (bill numbers to be mentioned on manual bills post updating in system

· all details of manual bill should match with system bill (customer name & number), barcode, price, quantity and mode of payment

· Discount validation (to check if any unauthorized discounts given

· Reports

· Flashing daily brand wise achievement

· Updating the staff sales tracker on daily basis and posting the group

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
