We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to generate quality leads for our software development and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate quality B2B leads for website development, mobile apps, and custom software solutions.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Create and test ad creatives, headlines, and ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion tracking,
and lead forms.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Meta Ads.
- Positive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of audience research, campaign optimization, and retargeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
- Experience generating B2B leads is an advantage.
- Google Ads knowledge is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
