Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) for the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers at the property site, managing site visits, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and visitors at the real estate site or sales office.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project-related information.
- Coordinate property site visits and assist the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records, customer databases, and inquiry details.
- Follow up with prospective buyers after site visits.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Support customer relationship management and help improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-handling abilities.
- Experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, or real estate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
