Job Description – Financial Advisor (Telesales)

Position: Insurance & Mutual Fund Executive – Telesales
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Noida Sector 18
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, terms, and processes clearly to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/lead information in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and policy/investment processing.
- Ensure proper customer handling and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain daily call, lead, and sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, insurance, mutual funds, banking, BFSI, or financial services.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

Preferred

- Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Mutual Fund telesales will be preferred.
- Candidates with proven sales achievements and strong conversion skills will be given preference.
