Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our direct-to-learner (B2C) business. You'll counsel prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend the right courses, and convert leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up on inbound and outbound leads (website, social media, campaigns, college network)
- Counsel students and working professionals on courses that match their career goals
- Explain course content, outcomes, pricing and offers clearly, and close enrolments
- Meet weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain lead status, call notes and follow-ups in the CRM
- Handle objections and nurture warm leads through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Share learner feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings
- Support enrolment drives,



webinars and campus promotion activities when required

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred)
- [1–3] years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales or tele-sales; EdTech experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Confident on calls, persuasive, and comfortable working with targets
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, organised and quick to learn
